Capital Bridge's founder, Jay Fear, has three decades of experience in commercial banking, real estate development, financial planning, and accounting.

Jay was a chief lending officer and credit analyst in the banking sector, the CFO of ProMed Jobcare, and the founder of The Mitigation Group, matching developers and property owners with wetlands-mitigation opportunities.

Jay is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking’s Commercial Lending School. He has consulted for McNeese State University, the Southwest Louisiana Economic Development Alliance, and the University of Louisiana–Lafayette.
